Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Clifton Precision II-BHW-40VW/F67 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pico such as the 184066WSC3A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80058701RIS5110005110 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM500X82502231RE by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand InSight101080057491REVJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Edmund such as 59873 equipment made by Edmund have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS7802M37350 by Cognex and 59873 spares by Edmund are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
